If you have pampering booked with us please read & follow our Covid-19 Guidelines to ensure you are prepared for your appointment & to allow a clear understanding of what is expected of you when you visit Skye Serenity. Importantly our aim is to provide the best treatments with your safety being priority yet ensure the salon is welcoming & cosy, keeping the Spa a place for you to relax & escape from everyday life!
If you are feeling unwell, have symptoms of Covid-19 or you have been in contact with someone who has Covid-19 please let us know & do not attend your appointment, we can reschedule this for you. If you attend & are showing any symptoms your appointment will be refused however you will still need to pay for the treatment booked. Please respect others & do not risk our therapists or clients health.
COMPLETE CONSULATION & COVID-19 FORM
Once you have booked your pampering you will receive two forms 24/48 hours prior to your appointment via email- Consultation form & Covid-19 Health Agreement Form. We require you to fill both these forms in prior to your appointment to ensure we have your up to date details & health information
ARRIVE ON TIME
It is important you arrive on time for your appointment - not too early & not late to allow for social distancing. As many of you are aware we have restricted parking outside the salon so please do not arrive too early, as this will cause congestion for other businesses around us. We will have our door locked whilst we are with our clients & when cleaning the salon. Our waiting area is temporarily out of use so if you arrive early please wait in your car or outside the salon until your allocated time.
NO PLUS ONES
Please come alone to your appointment to help keep our work space as safe & hygienic as possible reducing cross contamination. This includes children.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
We do ask that you wear a mask when attending your appointment with us, unless you have a medical condition which makes you exempt from doing so. We can provide a mask with a charge of £1. Please be aware your temperature maybe taken on arrival. Beth & I will be wearing the required PPE & this will be changed after each & every client.
On arrival we ask that you wash your hands before your treatment begins. We also have an automatic hand sanitiser available.
We kindly ask that you come to your appointment with minimal personal belongings. Please avoid touching your phone during treatment to prevent cross contamination.
For the time being we will not be offering refreshments, (sorry to all our Serenity latte lovers!)
We can provide you with a bottle of water to have during your treatment & to take away with you.
Where possible we ask for contactless payments or bank transfers to avoid handling cash.
However if cash is your preferred option please bring the exact amount with you in a clear bag.
CLEANING | DISINFECTION | SANITATION
We will be allocating extra time after each appointment to allow us time to sanitise our treatment area & all touch points, making sure there is no cross contamination.
WALK IN'S | VOUCHERS | PRODUCTS
We are unable to permit 'walk in's' due to the track & trace system. This includes purchases for products & vouchers along with appointments. Therefore please contact us direct if you would like to book some pampering or purchase a product or voucher.
