ARRIVING FOR YOUR PAMPERING
Appointment time: Arriving late or super early for your appointment can affect yours & others pampering time & privacy.
If you are running late just let us know as this may result in your full service not being fulfilled. We will always do our best to accommodate where possible.
Your appointment times are allocated to create the BEST experience with us!
As we are both receptionist & beauty therapists here at Skye Serenity, we lock our door whilst we are in treatment to ensure our clients receive our full attention when being pampered.
Therefore, we recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance.
If we can’t fit you in we can always pop your name down on our cancellation list & contact you if something becomes available.
The best way to get in touch for bookings/gift voucher/products is via text message, Instagram or Facebook page
Cancellations & no shows have a huge impact on the running of Skye Serenity. We are a super busy salon & quite often have to turn people away, so if you need to cancel an appointment please try & let us know at least 48 hours in advance so that we can offer the space to someone else.
Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment booked. If you fail to show up a 100% charge will be applied. If this continues to happen you will be asked to pay for future treatments in advance before we can secure a booking.
PAMPERING IN PROGRESS
Polite notice – Children are welcome in the Spa as long as they are well behaved & respectful to other clients being pampered, as this is their time to relax & not be disturbed.
For all appointments 2 hours or more require a 50% deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the full treatment cost once you have been pampered. If you need to cancel your appointment the deposit will be refunded in full providing you have given 24 hours notice.
