Appointment time: Arriving late or super early for your appointment can affect yours & others pampering time & privacy.

If you are running late just let us know as this may result in your full service not being fulfilled. We will always do our best to accommodate where possible.

Your appointment times are allocated to create the BEST experience with us!


As we are both receptionists & beauty therapists here at Skye Serenity, we lock our door whilst we are in treatment to ensure our clients receive our full attention when being pampered.

Therefore, we recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance.

If we can’t fit you in we can always pop your name down on our cancellation list & contact you if something becomes available.

The best way to get in touch for bookings/gift voucher/products is via text message, Instagram or Facebook page


Cancellations & no shows have a huge impact on the running of Skye Serenity. We are a super busy salon & quite often have to turn people away, so if you need to cancel an appointment please try & let us know at least 48 hours in advance so that we can offer the space to someone else.

Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours notice or if you fail to show up a 100% charge of the treatment booked will be applied. If this continues to happen you will be asked to pay for future treatments in advance before we can secure a booking. Failure to do so will mean no further bookings can be made until the payment is received.


If you wish to change your treatment which your booking with us is for please let us know 24hours in advance as timings for all our treatments are different. By doing this it enables us to adjust your treatment timings & we will be able to open up other appointments to clients who are on our pampering waitlist.

Please make sure you let us know otherwise you will be charged for the treatment you were originally booked in for.


We offer lots of relaxing Spa treatments within our salon with many clients coming to escape everyday life, therefore we kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment to respect other clients who have pampering in the salon as this is their time to relax & not be disturbed.


For all appointments 2 hours or more require a 50% deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the full treatment cost once you have been pampered. If you need to cancel your appointment the deposit will be refunded in full providing you have given 24 hours notice.

We understand life can get in the way at times & things happen beyond our control, however this is our livelihood therefore we need our policies to protect our wee salon.
